Shipping Information

1. A confirmation email with order details will be sent  once your order is received. And we will process your order within 1-2 business day. You can also track your order via Track Order Details.

2. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail once items are shipped out.

3. Shipping details please check the following

•     Country: USA

•     Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days

•     Cost: Free Shipping For Orders Over $35 Otherwise $10 

•     Delivery Time: 2-4 business days

•     Note:

    1) Delivery Time does not include the processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

    2) If you require customization, please allow more days in the processing time.

Return Policy

1. All return request must be made within 30 Days your package has been delivered.

2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

•     Items On Clearance

•     Silk Underwear

•     Customized Items

3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4.Please print out the RMA packing slip and enclose it in the return package, otherwise any delays incurred we will be out of responsibility.
